Draw a line above your big toe (or above the index toe if that is longer). Now mark your other foot on the paper in the same way. Measure both - the measurement of your longest foot is your foot length in mm's! Adatto solo a persone con piedi molto stretti
Normalmente ho solo il 39, ma ho già ordinato la taglia 40 perché Shimano ha spesso una taglia piccola. Ciononostante, mentre pedalo mi fanno molto male i piedi nel giro di pochissimo tempo. Non mi era mai successo prima ed è chiaramente legato a queste scarpe. Ho i piedi leggermente larghi, ma non in modo estremo. Quindi, a meno che non abbiate i piedi molto stretti e il collo del piede basso, non vi consiglio queste scarpe. In ogni caso, non posso andare in bicicletta con queste scarpe.

Sono molto soddisfatto di queste scarpe. È bello che prima si riceva una spiegazione chiara per ordinare la taglia giusta. Il punto negativo è che, siccome le uso per lo spinning, c'è un'intera abbottonatura da attaccare sotto e rende difficile la camminata.

La scarpa è (considerando il prezzo) al di sopra delle aspettative. Lo svantaggio (ma questo vale per tutte le scarpe con placche) è che ci vogliono diversi tentativi prima che le placche si adattino ai propri gusti.
